Gwadar Smart Port City Master Plan
Gwadar is located in the southwestern part of Balochistan, Pakistan, adjacent to the major international energy transportation corridor through the Strait of Hormuz. The project has a planning area of 1,201 square kilometers and a planning horizon of 2017-2050. The work includes assessing the development foundation, formulating vision and goals, determining the development path, forecasting the development demand, conducting multi-scenario comparison and preparing the master plan of Smart Port City, which is divided into four stage reports: initial report, assessment report, multi-scenario comparison report and general report. The project won the first prize of National Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievement Award.
